Brian Tracy says "You keep customers by delivering on your promises, fulfilling your commitments and continually investing in the quality of your relationships." How true is that? The Solutionaries discuss Step 10 in the "Road to the Sale". The Delivery is more then handing keys over and saying goodbye to your clients. That's where real salesmanship starts. Follow up and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied before, during and most importantly, after the sale. Selling someone once, anyone can do, but to maintain the relationship, very few conquer. Be the few, and make sure you clients remember you. Its easy, if you try. #KeepGrowing. As always, we have #FreshNews #CarGuyConfessionSession, #BuyersTips, #JumpBox and your #ToGoCup.
