First of all, I'm so sorry for the terrible audio on the last episode. That was my bad lol. Second, fair warning, I'm an emotional, processing mess in this episode because I had to say goodbye to some people I really, REALLY love and all the emotions hit today. It's been a minute since I posted a podcast episode, but I went and spontaneously got my first tattoo and that's a huge step, so here's me freaking out about it in my car afterwards.

I was talking with my friend Ron about something I did and he told me I needed to post a podcast episode so here is a podcast episode because Ron told me to lol.

I had a rough start this morning, so I tried a new coffee between jobs because why not. Definitely recommend getting the butterbeer frappuccino from Starbucks.

I was on my way home from work and I had an idea. DISCLAIMER: mentions of eating disorder. I do not personally have a diagnosed eating disorder, but I do struggle with eating meals all the time out of busyness, and I didn't know what else to refer to it as. I guess it's technically just disordered eating, which is technically different.

Today has brought some tough emotions, plus I read some things that explained some other emotions I've been suppressing, and I needed to process and talk through them, and what better place to process emotions than to people on the internet? (Disclaimer: this is an emotional, genuine, raw recording. Please be nice.)
