    She is the founder and creator of an application called FamTyme it is an app that helps children become more self-aware of their emotions and provide awareness to parents through reports and articles to help their child navigate effectively through any emotional challenges. She really is such a dynamic and creative person and through this process finding that there is a huge need to help parents and children better communicate through discovering the root emotions that they are dealing with. We talk about life and experiences and how we communicate win a very human level and I really am glad that Purvi agreed to come on the show.


    From personal experience I can say that my parents and I have good communication now but it wasn't until I was in my mid to late 20's that this really happened so the idea of helping that process happen even sooner really interested me.

    In today's episode it is not an interview due to a scheduling conflict so I talk about pivoting and persevering 
    Sam Wise's speech to Frodo in the two towers that I referenced.
    Frodo : I can't do this, Sam.
    Sam : I know.
    It's all wrong
    By rights we shouldn't even be here.
    But we are.
    It's like in the great stories Mr. Frodo.
    The ones that really mattered.
    Full of darkness and danger they were,
    and sometimes you didn't want to know the end.
    Because how could the end be happy.
    How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad happened.
    But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow.
    Even darkness must pass.
    A new day will come.
    And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.
    Those were the stories that stayed with you.
    That meant something.
    Even if you were too small to understand why.
    But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand.
    I know now.
    Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back only they didn’t.
    Because they were holding on to something.
    Frodo : What are we holding on to, Sam?
    Sam : That there’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo. And it’s worth fighting for.
