Lunar Caravans is proudly declaring its 2016 caravan collection ‘it’s best yet!
The 22 model strong range has been carefully refined and redeveloped in response to market trends and customer feedback, and welcomes new models and revised layouts, as well as a luxurious choice of new interior features, fabrics and finishes.
All models will be on display on stand 1200 at The Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show (Birmingham NEC, 23rd – 28th February 2016).
Across the range, all Lunar tourers boast smart new exterior graphics as well as multi-spoke alloy wheels and a new one-piece exterior door with integrated bin. Washrooms have been redesigned to include a new vanity unit with a top mounted bowl (or a corner bowl plus an upper cabinet and mirror in Ariva), a domestic style offset mixer tap and a large domestic style shower cubicle (end bathroom models).
In Ariva/Quasar, Lunar has increased the level of specification to offer even better value for money, and the changes echo throughout all models in the 2016 collection as standard.
The stylish ‘Montana Oak’ locker doors have been upgraded with a contemporary cream leather band and all models get new ‘Metropole’ soft furnishings and a stain-free carpet in ‘Stone’. New LED wall lights, silver brushed steel spotlights and a silver dimmable LED ceiling light, all controlled with new style electrical switches, help to keep the interior illuminated at night, whilst the addition of Lunar’s ‘Skyview’ roof light (or a large Heki light in the Ariva) ensures plenty of natural daylight.
In the kitchen there is a new Aspire 2 separate grill and 42L oven and the Quasar gets a new circular stainless steel sink with separate drainer. The kitchen locker doors continue the cream leather theme and are complemented by a stylish new ‘Bamboo Rainy Texture’ splash back around the sink.
The Ariva/Quasar range also gets a new, taller and lightweight freestanding table for dining plus Lunar’s easy action ‘Day/Night’ mode on all island bed layouts, freeing up space in the caravan during the daytime and providing extra leg room at night.
Joining the Quasar range is the new 574, a four-berth caravan with a transverse island bed providing plenty of space for families.
The celebrated style of exclusive boutique hotels has inspired the choice of new interior features and furnishings on models in the Stellar/Lexon range.
Helping to keep the living accommodation light, airy and stylish are new luxurious gloss cream locker doors in the kitchen, whilst the popular ‘Montana Oak’ locker doors in the lounge have been updated with an opulent gloss cream centre. The colour theme is complemented by striking new ‘Baptiste’ soft furnishings, plus a new heavy pile stain-free carpet in ‘Saxony Silver’.
Lunar has introduced a host of new ‘mood’ and ‘task’ lighting features into every model, such as overlocker lighting, cube corner wall lights and LED perimeter lighting on a new ‘Skyview’ roof light, previously seen on Clubman/Delta.
End bathroom models in the Stellar/Lexon range will feature a new domestic style shower cubicle with a decorative riser bar.
The Lexon range welcomes the addition of three new models. The Lexon 560 is a four-berth with a popular transverse island bed. Also a four-berth is the new Lexon 570, which features fixed single beds and an end washroom. Perfect for large families is the new Lexon 580, a six-berth caravan with fixed bunks.
The Clubman/Delta range continues to set the standard for luxury caravanning. Externally, new graphics and decals plus smart new multi-spoke black/dark grey polished alloy wheels ensure the models remain fresh and on trend. Internally, Lunar has increased yet further the standard of specification offered to provide an environment that is as elegant as it is comfortable and welcoming.
