Is your response to pain or hard situations revenge (fight) or apathy (flight)? How do these show up in our world? 

Read Matthew 18:21-35. How is our ability to forgive others connected to God’s forgiveness of us? How do you relate to the unforgiving servant? 

God is known for his great mercy to us. What does it look like to have an awareness of our need for God’s mercy? Is this something that comes naturally for you or do you struggle with it?
