Steph Gillies is a Career Coach for misfits, focused on helping people gain the confidence and strategy they need to land a career they love. Having had 32 jobs in 15 years and never quite feeling like she fit, she experienced the frustration of trying to find a job she was excited about.

After being laid off from her non profit job in 2020, she started resume writing and career coaching. Over the past several years she has written over 1000 resumes and coached hundreds of people through a career transition.

She now focuses on helping misfits identify their career direction, create a compelling personal brand and develop a job search strategy that will help them land their dream job.
