When Alexis and I first started working together, she described how she felt about her career in three words: nervous, imposter and novice. Having transitioned into Product Marketing after previously pursuing a different career path, she was still building confidence in her expertise and finding her own way of showing up in the profession.

When Valery and I worked together he described himself as curious and ambitious, yet unclear about his next career move.
