Larry realized that the most fulfilling part of these jobs was coming together as a team, organizing everybody, and moving forward to get projects done. Larry also took a number of tests to determine his personality type such as Myers Briggs - introverted vs extroverted, people focus vs task focus. All these curved him from a computer science career to a project manager where he is collaborating with people and helping them achieve project goals.

Larry's advice to younger people is to do some investigation into "who you are" as a person and what your strengths and skills, or even just your personality type are like. Because that can guide you towards getting into a career that will be a little more fulfilling.
