  1. Learn to savor your accomplishments, not pick them apart to find the flaws or missing pieces.
  • Stop future tripping and only seeing what you haven't yet achieved.
  • See the blessing in failure and not getting what you think you want
  • When you focus on lack, you get more of it- catch and redirect it before it creates a cascade of effects in your system.
  • Look for the patterns that led you to where you are- they are the breadcrumbs that will lead you to your most successful becoming.
