Insulation, it may not be something you think of everyday but up here in Canada it’s the thing that helps keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Much like our homes, industrial plants in order to run efficiently need to be well insulated and with all the green intiatives that have been popping up in the construction industry I feel like this career path is one everyone should be paying attention to. 

As a Heat and Frost Insulator our guest this week Adam Melnick found himself in this career quite by accident. Adam was such a pleasure to have on the show, I am happy our previous guest Jamie McMillan from Kickass Careers insisted that I reach out to Adam because I had so much fun interviewing him.
