So you go back and you negotiate for $71,000. We can all imagine doing that. That's not a huge lift. And so the manager says, okay, 71. Now, if you do nothing else in life if you sit in this job for 30 years, you just made a thousand dollars more. For the next 30 years, you made $30,000 for one single five-minute negotiation.
