Other people will tell you that it's enough to know you want to reach the top of a mountain and every moment along the way- all you need to do is just to plan your next step. Both of these opinions are probably right- but when it comes to your career, which of these approaches is right for you? In this chapter, Liat Aaronson, Chairwomen of the Zell entrepreneurship program and Partner at Marker LLC is talking about her style of career building (and mountain climbing) and both the opportunities and challenges her path had for her.
