Ken Griffey Sr. is in the baseball hall of fame who battled some of the greatest pitchers of all time. After retirement, his had another battle with prostate cancer that he was able to win. Since then, him and his son, Ken Griffey Jr., have been spreading the word of prostate cancer awareness.

Diagnosed with an ovarian tumor at the age of 29, Sharona Hoffman learned how it was to be a recipient of care and then to be a caregiver to her own mother. She took what she learned and made it into a book, "How to Age With a Plan."
