    University removes Confederate statues
Statues of two Confederate generals, Robert E. Lee and Albert Sidney Johnston, and the Confederate cabinet member John Reagan, were removed on Aug. 21. They followed the removal of a statue of Jefferson Davis in 2015.
    Annapolis, Md.
    Roger B. Taney statue removed
A statue of Roger Taney was taken down from its post in front of the State House at about 2 a.m. on Aug. 18. Gov. Larry Hogan, a Republican, called for its removal earlier this week, reversing a previously stated position that removing symbols like the statue would be tantamout to political correctness. Though not a Confederate official, Justice Taney was the chief author of the 1857 Dred Scott decision, which ruled that African-Americans, both enslaved and free, could not be American citizens.

  • Attention One in 10 Jamaican men develop prostate cancer
How the test is done, a gloved finger into the rectum which is not painful but maybe a little uncomfortable because you are not used to having a finger inserted. The doctor is able to palpate the surface of the prostate and make a decision when the examination is completed the client is sent to do a blood test at the laboratory and this is where the prostate-specific antigen (#PSA) test is done.
The normal range at the lab is zero to four Nanograms per deciliter, anything over four raises a suspicion and for those men, they would go further to do the rectal ultrasound and the biopsy.
The biopsy is the only way of telling what's happening in the #prostate. The biopsy would give you the diagnosis of prostate cancer and give you a score that you can work with as to how severe the problem is," the urologist stated.
Prostatectomy, where the entire prostate is taken out.  it's a major operation and that recovery usually goes well, though there might be complications such as bleeding and infection.#jamaica #metoojamaica
