Dr. Greg Hall welcomes Le Le G, a registered nurse, licensed social worker, board-certified psychiatric nurse, and caregiver advocate with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex health systems. She is the founder of Remedy Senior Care Concierge and the author of The B.O.S.S. Caregiver: Balancing Life, Love, and Self-Care with Grace. Through her professional work and personal caregiving journey, LeLe has seen firsthand how caregivers—especially African American women—often carry overwhelming responsibility while neglecting their own health and well-being. Her work focuses on helping high-functioning caregivers recognize early warning signs, reduce burnout, and build sustainable caregiving systems that protect both physical and emotional health. LeLe is passionate about reframing caregiving as a public health issue and empowering caregivers with practical tools, boundaries, and support so they can thrive—not just survive.
