Therapy with my Mom

Caring for the Elderly Ft. Marissa Happ

Listen Later

It's a population that we should all end up being a part of (If we are lucky)! Caring for the elderly requires a lot of empathy, whether you are working in hospice or as a social worker who just works with more of the older generation. Dr. Marissa Happ is an incredible LCSW and associate professor who talks to us this week about the experience of caring for this population. With Marissa's help, we explore the topics of fulfillment and finding meaning, and are reminded that it's never too late to look for ways to heal yourself!
