Some people would call this a coach, a mentor, an adviser, a consigliere if you will or maybe you’re even hiring a consultant who has a particular skill in that area. They are emotionally neutral meaning they care about you as the person, they are not emotional about the issue, they actually have casual indifference to be issue. They are casually indifferent because they have such a high level of skill in that area that fixing that problem or challenge is what they do every single day. So, they can be very emotionally neutral and you need to have that mirror, the more mirrors you have around you, the more your strengths will grow and when your strengths grow you actually buy recruitment, making your blind spots minimal.
