It’s much like when you workout, when you exercise. If you want to build your arms, and that’s a strong part, you hold the weight and you put more and more weight on there, so it is a stretch. It’s hard for that strong part of the body to hold that weight. And by virtue of recruiting other muscles, in other words, the weaker muscles, you not only make your arms strong, you make your back strong, your sides strong, your stomach strong, your neck strong. Every other area in your body that has to get involved in order to support your strength gets stronger. But you focus on your strengths. You focus on the large muscles, you work on those large muscles and they recruit whatever is necessary to get the job done and build that overall strength. It is the same thing in your behaviors, and in your motivators, and in your attributes. Do what you do best, focus on your strengths, and by recruitment, your blind spots will be minimal. And that will be because you have engaged with a mirror, an emotionally neutral third party with expertise in the area that you need in order to be successful.
