We believe you focus on your strengths, you only have strengths, you do not have weaknesses. Why might you consider them a weakness because you're comparing them to your strength, anything compared to your strengths might be considered a weakness. We talk of that–of them as areas of improvement. We talk of them as blindspots because they’re not good and they’re not bad and you’re not weak in that area, you’re strong. You are relatively strong in every area of your life or you would not made it this far, you would be a business owner, you would not be an entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, you are a bit of a generalist. Not only are you technically savvy in the area of your skill or your widget or your service or your profession, but you are also skilled enough in enough areas to actually start a business.
