Here is a Productivity question. Imagine I gave you 480 minutes and I deposit them in your business bank account everyday. At the end of the day, if you don't use them all the way, you lose them- 8 hrs a day, 60 minutes in an hour. And what we wanna do is we wanna come up with ideas that will save you minutes during the day. Not necessarily hours or days. You just need to transform your business by minutes, in order for this to work. So the question is, how can you maximize your 480 minutes, and then what's one suggestion that you can maximize the 480 minutes of those around me.
