Focus and Reframe for Success

You know there are plenty of things I do that I love. I love my work, I love what I do, how I do it, and who I get to do it with. But there are also some things I don’t enjoy doing, I’m starting to think now, what can I focus on that will make me jump up and down with exuberance? For the things that I don’t care to do with the things that aren’t, you know first on my list. Got me thinking. How about you? What are some things that you need to do? You don’t care to do, that you might need to focus slightly differently or what could you focus on so that even the thought of it seems pleasurable or at least neutral.
