Hiring & Managing VAs

 Unless you wanna spend your life training VAs, you hire a firm, not the VA. Alright, so, the way you do it is you go to the firm and you say “I’m interested in hiring multiple VAs from your firm, here are the following things I would like to outsource…” Guess what you’re gonna send ‘em? What you just wrote down. They’re gonna say “Oh, we’ve got people for that!” you say “Great, I will work with you under one condition: that you assign a project manager to all of the VAs. I’m gonna go to  you, and you alone. I’m gonna tell you what I want”. You’re gonna figure out who in your team’s gonna do it so if that person goes away, guess who’s responsible for training the next person? Their manager.
