So the good news is nobody cares what you do, nobody cares. What is a commodity at this point? All right. I'm a management consultant, great! good for you. I do marketing, tremendous. There's only 30,000 of you in the marketing agencies in the United States, cool. You're a 30,001, nice job. I'm a trainer, I will almost be all good but that's a commodity, right? The better news is, people are gonna decide whether you're compelling and inspiring based on your how, and your why. Let's talk about the how. So a company that's crushing it on the how is Uber. Uber, right? They took decades-old technologies, combined them, put them in the hands of the consumer, and said, You're now a taxi company. They took that same app, put a couple of other features, put it in the hands of the owner of a car, and said now you're a taxi company. So you too taxi. We are consumers or dispatcher. They are their own company and they put a rating system in there to make sure everybody behaves well. Now, how many of you even know what Uber's why is? That was I thought none of you. None of you are saying well, I'm not getting in that car until I know what your why is. What do you all stand for? You don't care but the how is wicked cool.
