You get the point with leverage, right? Or you take something you love to do. Your punishment is I'm taking the podcast off the air until I get back on track with these activities. You know what I mean? Like you would have to do something that would really hurt in the beginning if it would've happened. That's the push and then you would start to set up positive goals so that's the pull. So if I teach my son to manage money, or as a family we've decided to go to Disneyworld together or we go somewhere as a family, and so you set up positive rewards ‘coz that's the sustainable part. But in the beginning, you set up the push for words, the negative consequences, in order to make sure you get going and you get out and you start taking action. ‘Coz we often times we do more to avoid pain and avoid discomfort than we do the upside.
