When you move somebody from one position to another position, as you’ll say that you are pre-boarding them to coming into, isn’t always wondering for the needs for that job. Guess how many CEOs do we have? You're the owner, only a few, a few brave. Well done. Usually, it’s the CEOs are in the back like, and this is probably where I’ll lose my sleep. Well, way to sit amongst us, right. And so, the two–what we have learned over the years is that there are two. Generally speaking at any given time, there are two categories of the most unqualified people in the company at any given time, right. First one is the CEO of a growing company, right. So if you're a $30-million company, and you've got 40 million, if you've never been to that 40 million, what qualifies you to be CEO of a $40 million company? Let me help you. Nothing, okay. You have to grow into that post over a period of time. You are among, who are among the least qualified for that position at that time, right. Second category of unqualified employee is someone who recently got a promotion. How many of you have taken the lead sales person get into sales manager? Well, they were sales producers. What makes the producer good at management? Let me help you. Nothing, right. The person who's on the assembly line or it should begin receiving, what qualifies them to now manage the process of shipping, receiving all the people in it when they were just the producers? Let me help you. Nothing. They have to grow into that position over a period of time. They are among the least qualified positions in that company.
