So we want to meet people where they are, be as flexible as possible, and speak their language.
If we do that, we're the lead dog. Most people are wrapped up in their PowerPoint or their presentation, or did I set it right? You know, am I wearing the right clothes? Am I here on time? And they're in their own heads. We want to escape that and be there for the other person.
