As the leader, the ultimate goal is to understanding yourself, understanding others’ styles. So you can have any situation you put yourself in, right? So–but in the beginning, when you meet with somebody or when you start a day or start a week, or when you're launching your product, and oftentimes, this guy will first substance second, right? I wanna hear what you have to say, if there’s some more and through that I can follow more, right? People need to know, why is my life gonna get better by me knowing you, alright? So now what with four lays the foundation, let's talk about the Influence. You need to influence others to get to do what they otherwise normally would not have done, right. I remember when I was growing up, I thought I was gonna be a professional baseball player, fireman, astronaut, alright, design, build, landscape installation was not on the list when I was twelve. I dare suggest most PAC was probably not on your list when you were five also. That’s what I thought, right? So you came about that. And in my experience, we’ve coached over a hundred thousand business leaders at this point, and one of the things that when we ask,  how did you ever get started in this line of work? And in that story, it’s almost always, somebody believed in me, told me I had an aptitude for this, hone that where I was really good at.
