1092. Utilizing VAs Overseas - Part 2

 Because they want US clients, so, they like, so you’ll ask ‘em, “what time you work?” like “whenever”, I’m like “well I’m New York, you’re the Philippines, what do you mean?”. He’s like “Your time, 9-5, or do you want me to work through the night?”.   So (name of Filipino Google form gal), I’ve asked “No keep your regular schedule” ‘cause it’s great at 5 o’clock I can put a bunch of stuff on her, and it’s sitting in my inbox when I wake up, right? So I build a multi-time zone team. We’re on six time zones, our team, is on six time zones. We have 24-hour coverage, and um we have Europe, South Africa, the US, I think New York to California, and we have the Philippines. So, that’s how we’ve covered it. So, if something needs to be done, we can start - I’ll say to Melissa, she’s like “Well I can only do this much.” I’m like “Hand it off to (Filipino Google form gal), she’ll get it back to ya’ in the morning.” Alright, so your tasks don’t have to be eight hours. So, better to have two or three part-timers managing -  manning that chair than one person.
