In order to get that plane in the air he must make adjustments. He must use his common sense. She must use her experience, and what has she done in the past to get this plane in the air safely. Then once she has done that–once she has implemented that structure, use her common sense, got in the plane in the air, and got it–back onto the flight plan and the flight path, she can then implement the system, the autopilot and then she just adjusts course as needed. If they try to implement a system on the runway, the plane would never get off the ground. Must have a structure first, systems will then follow.
