Today I chat with Carla Andrews Founder & MD of Motivated Minds which is a non-for-profit organisation with the core mission to build mental health and wellbeing across the life course.  Motivated Minds work focuses on researching, developing and delivering services to help individuals, organisations and the wider community to be mentally and physically well. This is achieved by partnering with institutes, such as Essex University and various public, private and third sector organisations, enabling research into, and delivery of mental health and wellbeing services. Their point of difference is their in-house research and development capability which allows them to continuously update and innovate their mental health and wellbeing offerings.

Carla is an excellent example of someone who has been through as she describes a very traumatic childhood but yet despite those challenges she is working hard to make a positive impact on others.
