In this episode, I have the honor of sitting down with a long-time friend, Carla Della Femina, to talk about our first-hand experiences with burnout. How we identified it, grew from it, and why the hustle culture is slowly killing us. Our conversation is all things fun, passionate, and challenging in the best way possible.

Carla was born and raised on the island of Capri in Italy. She spent most of her life living in Italy and South Africa until moving to Houston, Texas, in 2008. Educated in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and an Executive Master's Degree in Ministerial Leadership, Carla has an infinite amount of wisdom and knowledge in every word. She loves her life in the Lone Star state and is passionate about loving God and loving people, all while having a cup of coffee in hand.

Carla's greatest desire is to help people experience the fullness of what God has for them! "God never promised things would be easy in this life. He gave us a heads up they would be hard, but even in the midst of pain, He promised His presence would never leave us, and I can wholeheartedly say that has been my story. God has turned my pain into purpose, and I truly believe that regardless of where you’ve been, what you’ve done, or what’s been done to you, He can do the same for you."
