In this week's episode, we have Heather Cromer with us! Heather helped plant Queen City Church in Cincinnati with her husband and is a faithful wife, mother, and example of Christ. During our time together, we discuss what it means to set boundaries as a follower of Jesus while still representing Christ.
I wholeheartedly feel that this conversation is vital for our generation as we navigate setting healthy boundaries in our lives. My time with Heather brought me so much wisdom and clarity, and I pray that it can offer you the same in your life.

This week's episode is special because we have Carley Page Summers with us! As someone who celebrates recovery today, she knows firsthand the importance of a warm and inviting home. Summers uses her life experience and her craft to ensure that the homes she designs and photographs are comforting, healing spaces in which to live and grow.
Carley Summers is an interior designer and photographer holding a fine arts degree focused on photography and painting. With interior photography, she helps clients and brands narrate their stories. With interior design, she creates truly sacred spaces for clients and their loved ones to enjoy. Carley Summers and her husband, Jon, live in North Carolina with their son, Max.

On this week's episode, I sit down with Tiffany Coleman to talk about the Sabbath and why it still matters in our modern-day lives. The Sabbath is the first thing to be declared holy in the Bible and is one of the key commandments that God gives us, yet in our modern Christianity, it is something that we have often abandoned and forgotten to remember. Tiffany and I tackle what the Sabbath is, what it means in our lives, and why it is so important for us to keep holy while following Jesus.
Tiffany Coleman is a Christian, a wife, a bonus mom, and an aspiring entrepreneur. She is an advocate of freedom. Freedom from lies, stereotypes, our pasts, judgment, and insecurities. In her off time, she enjoys cooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends, is a leader at Queen City Church, and focuses on building her brand, Forward in Grace.

This week's episode is very dear to my heart because I think it's vital for all of us to learn. We are diving deep into authority vs. control! How to lead, communicate, and grow in authority vs. trying to control every area of our lives. My dear friend KJ Hodges joins me on this topic and brings so much wisdom, passion, and conviction behind the words she speaks. As women, it can be hard to find our voices in the crowd in a way that is confident and filled with authority rather than controlling, bossy, and demanding; my prayer is that this conversation helps you take a step into the authority that God has given you in your realm of influence. Make some coffee and get comfy because this one is goooood.

We have two Heathers on this week's podcast! I had the honor of talking with Heather Summers, an incredible wife, and mother living in New York City. In this episode, I have the honor of sitting down with a long-time friend, Carla Della Femina, to talk about our first-hand experiences with burnout. How we identified it, grew from it, and why the hustle culture is slowly killing us. Our conversation is all things fun, passionate, and challenging in the best way possible.
Carla was born and raised on the island of Capri in Italy. She spent most of her life living in Italy and South Africa until moving to Houston, Texas, in 2008. Educated in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and an Executive Master's Degree in Ministerial Leadership, Carla has an infinite amount of wisdom and knowledge in every word. She loves her life in the Lone Star state and is passionate about loving God and loving people, all while having a cup of coffee in hand.
Carla's greatest desire is to help people experience the fullness of what God has for them! "God never promised things would be easy in this life. He gave us a heads up they would be hard, but even in the midst of pain, He promised His presence would never leave us, and I can wholeheartedly say that has been my story. God has turned my pain into purpose, and I truly believe that regardless of where you’ve been, what you’ve done, or what’s been done to you, He can do the same for you."
Carla is also a co-host of the incredible podcast called, "Gutsy Faith." You can stream her podcast on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Buckle up because this week is a powerful one. I had the honor to sit down with Natalie Runion, founder and creator of Raised To Stay, and we dove deep into the topic of church hurt. Natalie brings so much wisdom and rawness into our conversation around; how to identify church hurt, what it is and is not, how to address it, and how to restore your hope after experiencing it.
Natalie is a pastor’s kid turned pastor. She and her husband Tony and their two daughters; live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she is on staff as the Pastor of Women at New Life Church. In her twenty years of ministry as a worship leader, songwriter, and pastor, Natalie has served various organizations and ministries across the country. In 2019 after watching many of her peers walk away from the church and their faith, Natalie began Raised to Stay, a ministry for those who have wandered, wondered, and wrestled with the Church and the challenges of full-time ministry. Her heart is to see a generation of leaders finish their race as they partner with a good Father who is faithful to complete the work He began in each of us.
Natalie is a sought-after speaker in the local and global Church and is releasing her first book published with David C Cook in the Summer of 2023! You can learn more about Raised to Stay on Instagram at @raisedtostay.
