So the combination of your behaviors and your behavior style, how you do what you do, your personal priorities and values hierarchy, what motivates you, and your personal attributes which will determine what you will do you as the owner now that you know yourself and you know what's right for your business, you can now take people who have those three components, if they align with the business, they're right for the business. If they don't align with the business, they are not right for the business.
