Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

You know, so if there’s a gig economy back then like right now we have the emergence of the social media manager or jobs that didn’t exist before well you try to tell somebody you’re a coach back then they were like “what, what your talking about?” you can do that, like if got them to stop laughing long enough what I was talking about, I can explain what did you--what the job in row was about, I love it. So, fast forward to like 1996, I hire the coach for my business and if there were hashtags back then I would--the hashtag would been hang up the hammer, cause my business was running me more than I was running it and so that’s our goal, I work for them for 5 years, we position the second company for sale, I sell that and so in 2002 I started the business that I have today which is called 7 Stage Advisors and we're a growth advisory company that works for small to mid market firms and shows them how to differentiate, how to grow, how to scale their business you know regardless of where they're from or what they do.
