How do you know when you’re getting it right?

And let me use an example of getting it right versus getting it wrong, imagine for a moment you had a piece of real estate you're about to sell, you inquired of an expert and an estate agent, a real estate broker if you will and you ask this professional, what should I sell my house for? And then they do analysis and the expert comes back to you and says “you should sell this piece of real estate for say 100 thousand, if you put it on the market for 100 thousand, it will sell quick and you will get very close to your asking price”, so what do you do? You take the advice, you list your piece of real estate for 100 thousand and that day in the very, in the first 5 minutes that your piece of real estate is on the market and with the very first phone call from the very first person who visits your piece of real estate, you sell it for exactly 100 hundred thousand.
