If a house sells within 5 minutes of being put on the market, was it priced right?

So you’ve taken advice from the expert, you’ve put it on the market and the very first person on the very first day, in the very first 5 minutes calls on it says I’ll take it and they offer you 100 thousand, so I ask you did you ask the right price? Or the wrong price? Now let me give you the second scenario, you have the same piece of real estate you go to an expert and you say “I’d like to sell this piece of real estate”, what do you think I should sell out for? And they come to you and they say “I think you should sell this for 100 thousand, if you list it for 100 thousand, you’ll sell it quickly and you’ll get close of your asking price”. And so you listen to this expert and you put the piece of real estate on the market for 100 thousand. One year goes by, two years goes by, no calls, no interest, you haven’t sold it and because of that you’re not getting any calls you haven’t got any real offers for 100 thousand.
