Did you make a functional decision and did you handle your functional challenge well? Absolutely, you got it right and this is one of the most important things in building a business is you must know when you get it right. You build a successful business on the positive, you build a successful business on doing more of what you got right not less of what you’ve got in wrong. Most people try to build the business on what they’ve got wrong not on what they get right. The discovery process will along the way every step of the process and at every stage of the success cycle will show you that you're getting it right. The more you spend your time on what you're getting right, the faster you will go through a cycle, you can take any business from start up to seven figures in three years or less. 18 months is the duration to go from start-up to stage 4, the moment you enter stage 4 it’s another 18 months all the way to stage 7.
