Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
You know you’d take something you’d love to do and your punishment is I’m taking the podcast off the air until I get back on track with the activities you know what I mean like you would have to do something that would really hurt in the beginning if it were to happen and that’s the push and then you would start to set positive goals so that’s the pull. So if I teach my son to manage money or as a family we’ve decide to go to Disney World together or somewhere as a family and so you set up positive rewards cause that’s a sustainable part but in the beginning you set up the push reward, the negative consequences in order to make sure you get going and you know you get out and you start taking action. You know cause we oftentimes do more to avoid pain and avoid discomfort than we do the upside, you know what I mean? So if I turn the snake loose in this room, we all get up and run.
