Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

Well my thoughts on leadership are you know there’s been no greater need for leadership than right now and the more were in volatile times or uncertain times the more leadership is valued because people follow certainty, people believe in those that project certainty and so your ability to remain consistent and remain constant and be that port in the storm during times of uncertainty will be the hallmark of you as a leader. Now how do you improve your leadership? Well there’s so many ways to do that you can lead from the front, you can lead from the middle, you can from the back but to become a bigger leader--to be a better leader you know you almost--almost have to adopt a ready, fire, aim mentality meaning maybe not strategy but mentality. In other words when the situation calls for you to step up, just step up even if you don’t know what to do and then respond to what the environment and the scenario is calling for, don’t make it more than it is, don’t make it less than it this, evaluate it for what it is and trust in your own internal resources that you will rise to the occasion and to what is in the best interest of yourself, others and the greater good.
