Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
20%, now that doesn’t mean you're abdicating like don’t get to--excellent, no more meetings, that’s not what I meant--that’s not what I meant. The same amount of work has to get done but we have to figure out how can you make it more efficient, solve it with technology or automation or an outsource resource, okay or how you just do it better, more productive within the confines of your team. It all has to get done but we want to shed--you wanna shed 20% because presumably you will continue to grow in the business. So you can’t be doing it all--you can’t be doing all the stuff that doesn’t require your highest in best use or your top talent, so we wanna shed that whenever possible and that’s the implement--let's implement small, okay. We like to process map things up and look at those--look at those tasks and can we delegate them down, okay. So that should be part of your plan. So now your breakout plan has to be compelling and inspiring.
