List the tasks and the time that it takes. Put your name next to each one, then it's your job to fire yourself upward until you are occupying one box. And that's the CEO box, because the last fire you will do and the final person that you will hire is a CEO. When you hit stage seven, you know you're there because you have just hired a CEO who runs the business every bit as good if not better than you. That's when your legacy is born. So you have written all of the job descriptions in each of those boxes, and you've put your name next to it. So when you start hiring your first person, you look at the tasks and you start assigning their name to it. Then when you hire your next person, you will assign those names to it onward and onward. And you always start from the bottom and work your way up and this is key because remember that your business is modeling your personality. Things need to be a very–done a very specific way.
