I see for the rest of this year you would expect for it to get worse that their quitting and then I would suspect your gonna start to see more and more of that gig economist, that side hustler, that freelancer that continue it typically does in any major downturns, it did in 2008 I would expect to do it here. Technologies gonna accelerate that because in 2008 people started their own business out of necessities cause they couldn’t get their corporate job back, people they’re quitting business--their job now because they could start a business and technologies supports their ability to provide the work and there are, you know there’s an increasing trend towards corporations using outsourced help as well and so those two trends are gonna feed each other. Companies are very happy to use freelancers and one of the main reasons was, I believe it’s 36% of people that do freelance work have said that they have up skilled in the last year. So, they take in the training or certification so you know what would you want as your employee base anyway, you want to continuously upscale and trained them, well they’re doing it on their own so if you find a freelancer they have likely taken the certification, increase their skills, sharpen their ability and their level of certification on certain software. So you know this group that’s not only going out on their own but they’re taking it upon themselves to make sure that they’re more marketable, so all that points to the trend continuing.
