The Systems Stage often begins with a sales dip. Don’t panic! #70secondCEO every week day.

Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

 

In the early part of the stage, you may notice that your sales will dip a little bit, that's your blind spot, your blind spot is that your sales may dip a little bit especially early. And that's a functional problem. It's okay. Why? Because early on in the stage, you are going to turn your focus internally to your employees. Just like when you're teaching your child to ride a bicycle, you run right behind them, you have your eyes on them the whole time. You have your hands close by so they don't fall and hurt themselves and you're running alongside of them as a redundant safety measure just to make sure that they have the confidence to do it on their own and as you create and you manage these systems, your sales are about to turn and head upward exponentially. The major focus of this stage is systems, structure, systems, structure. Your outcome is to implement these systems and have them work on their own and develop their own personality.
