Mets manager Carlos Mendoza spoke to the media on Monday, appearing on "The Show" a podcast hosted by New York Post writers Joel Sherman and Jon Heyman.

On that podcast they spoke about a lot of different topics, including lineup construction, the adjustments certain players have to make defensively and the clubhouse culture from 2024.

I'll give my opinion on those topics and also talk about what if anything the Mets should add as they head to Spring Training in about a couple of weeks.
