It’s been a minute yall! It feels so good to catch back up with you guys! It has been a world wind of a few weeks. And the struggle has been real! I love you guys and I hope you enjoy this weeks episode!

In this episode I talk about my Bipolar Disorder and the different phases of bipolar disorder. I have been having a depressive manic episode for over a week now and I just decided to record so y’all could sorta see what it’s like when someone is in a manic state.

I’m this episode I talk about the struggles of dating someone with mental disorders. I also discuss how to help,support and handle us on our bad days.

In this episode it talks about the trauma I faced and how I am coping and overcoming it. I talk about finding my voice again and how I no longer am allowing myself to be a victim but instead I am a survivor.

I titled this episode “Loving yourself beyond the pain” because this episode is about suicide and bringing awareness to suicide. This episode talks about my attempts but how grateful I am to be alive and how god was looking out for me. There is ALWAYS another option, and you are worthy of life and happiness.

Today’s episode is talking about my mental health disorders, how powerful and tricky the mind is, and how to help people who are struggling overcome those struggles
