Nikki de Villiers, from Hillcrest, who works in Ukraine for a billionaire chatted with Carol Ofori about her family who is still there. She sent through this voice note.

Carol Ofori chatted with Professor John Stremlau from the Department of International Relations, School of Social Sciences at Wits University.

The nature of their conversation had to do with the current state of things in Russia and Ukraine. How will this affect Africa?

But after a year of doing quantity surveying, she realised she knew what she loved all along...

Mike's letter to Carol for a V for Valentine's reads as follows: "It has taken me some courage to do this, but I would like to be able to do this for my wife. Many years ago my wife and I were told that she would never be able to have kids because of the cysts on her ovaries. She was on the pill to try and reduce the cysts, however the pills never agreed with her and sent her body into “chaos”. Since then she has battled with her stomach. Fast forward 15 years and we have 2 kids, a girl (6) and a boy (2). Both pregnancies were C-section and with the second one she went into shock from the anaesthetic. Please consider us."

Carol Ofori spoke to Anonymous about his situation and why he so desperately would like a vasectomy. Anonymous said he'd like to be considered for Carol Ofori's V for Valentine's because of the high risks associated with his wife falling pregnant as she has been diagnosed with epilepsy.
