Former Head of Hutchison and Hutchison Leads Director, the leadership program represents a cross pollination of the most cutting edge ideas about top tier national leadership programs: inclusivity, collaboration, vision, empowerment, and service learning. From our youngest girls to our college bound seniors, leadership development will impact our girls’ lives in all aspects: academic, artistic, athletic, social, and emotional.  Caroline is current Head of School, Roland Park Country School.
