After each lab,Mike reads participants' ratings and reflections, looking for patterns, questions, and stories that invite the faculty to reconsider some of our work. That makes this conversation a chance to turn the questions in this connections issue back on ourselves. Are we seeking feedback that might surprise us? Can we hear difficult truths without becoming defensive? How do we distinguish a productive challenge from an experience that might really need to change? And what happens after we listen.
