Next they welcome casting director and acting coach extraordinaire Caroline Liem! She’s a vegan so they are drinking a bottle of Gothic Winery’s “Maelstrom” Pinot Noir. They cheers to Caroline’s new acting studio The Village! They talk about being vegan versus vegetarian and how that works for them. To wit, Caroline prepared an amazing vegan cheese plate and they test out an assortment of Miyoko’s Creamery Vegan cheese! That mozzarella is smooth like buttah. They get deep into whether it’s okay to have hobbies and turn them into a career and wine’s place in an office...and acting class!
