Since the beginning of 2023, I've been in a whirlwind of exploration into higher realms, Astrology, channeling and angels. This path intrigued me when I was very young, especially Astrology, but religion, societies beliefs and a desperate need to fit in meant that my interests were brushed aside with fear and conditioning.

One the 2nd January, 2023, I literally woke up with an uncontrollable urge to explore these ancient technologies. I found myself Googling, devouring countless books within days, watching hundreds of YouTube videos, discovering teachers like Dolores Cannon, Sonia Choquette and many more! I found myself recognising that I had been in touch with those in higher dimensions ever since the Bali Bombing, but I didn't have the language for it, much less realise that the deep sense of knowing I posses is actually a claircognizance and clairsentience. As it turns out, I've been trusting my guides for 20 years, but I didn't know I was doing it.

When I was in the great throws of suffering, my partner said "You're doing this to yourself" and at the time, I thought he was cruel! A few days later, I realised he was right.....

The beginning of my healing journey began....

After delivering Mindset Mastery a few weeks ago I thought I'd share some insights about suffering and how we play our part in the ongoing 'story' of why we are different to everyone else, and why we feel it's necessary to hold onto our pains.

With a little awareness, we can begin the journey gently and find our way to inner peace and understanding because EVERY SINGLE TIME life throws us a curveball, it's purpose is to cause us to expand and become more, better, stronger and shine our light brighter. If the experiences are causing us to suffer over long periods of time where we are blaming others, feeling sorry for ourselves, seeking attention or avoiding responsibility, we've missed the magical purpose of the pain in the first place.

Join me as we dive down the rabbit hole this week to unleash the truth behind pain and challenges and discover how you can use lifes challenges as a platform to leap into great enlightenment!!

Whooo hooooooo strap yourself in Sunshine because today, we are getting right to the heart of life, YOUR LIFE!

You can feel it, so can I, that 2023 is calling us to step up and step into our FULLEST SELF EXPRESSION but most of us don't even know who we are... So how can we be fully self expressed? And, after last year, most of us are so darn exhausted that to TRY to be more, or do more.... Well, that's just a recipe for disaster and burnout!!

On this show, I'm pulling apart your identity, your labels and your conditioning and call BS on all of it!! 2023 requires a clean slate and releasing our grip on who and what we think we are is crucial. No more comfort zones, not more trying to fit in, be nice, be accepted or be different and separate or special..... It's time to know the truth. It's time to find the vulnerability that lives deep within and it's time let the REAL you out and off it's leash.

Nothing else will suffice for this year ahead so let's start NOW!! It's raw, it's real and it's straight to the heart.....

OMG I can't believe we don't talk about this!! This is something REAL for almost 99.999% of the population yet we all run around pretending it's not happening!!
